The Engagement Toolkit is designed to support you to derive the best value from the individual Role Engagement Alignment Profile™ (iREAP™) and the Engagement Development Worksheets (EDW) which you have just been accredited in using.
During your accreditation in the individual Role Engagement Alignment Profile™ you learnt about:
- Motivational theories and models of employee engagement
- Research background of the iREAP™
- How to use your user management system to purchase credits, generate user-names, distribute welcome and reminder emails, print reports and track completion
- How to interpret and analyse the iREAP™ as well as the EDW
- How to conduct debrief and coaching sessions using these instruments
In other words your accreditation program helped you to understand and effectively integrate the iREAP™ and EDW in your consulting and coaching practice.
This Engagement Toolkit is about how you use these resources to strengthen your coaching and consulting capacity and practice. Specifically the Engagement Toolkit will provide you with additional resources which will extend your capability to:
- Market and sell the instruments to your clients
- Create the right mindset and environment to build trust and have authentic dialogue / powerful conversations with your clients
- Provide feedback and guidance to your clients on best practice engagement strategies to help increase or sustain their engagement levels
- Consider appropriate tools and resources which have been aligned to each cell in the engagement risk and opportunity matrix
- Be a more effective coach through learning how to:
- Build commitment for coaching
- Encourage your clients to take responsibility for their own engagement levels
- Use powerful questions to shift people
- Deal with resistance to change and conflicts in the coaching relationship
We are providing these additional resources to those accredited in the individual Role Engagement Alignment Profile™ as a value added resource.
