Accreditation in the individual Role Engagement Alignment Profile™ (iREAP™) is now available in a flexible and virtual delivery model. So no need to make the time commitment and cost of attending a 2-day training program, you can complete this accreditation program in your own time and at your own pace.
What exactly am I becoming accredited in? You are becoming accredited in the use of two very innovative engagement diagnostic tools. One is the individual Role Engagement Alignment Profile™ which identifies the engagement risk and opportunity profile for a respondent. The second are Engagement Development Worksheets which are a post-report sent to the respondent to guide them on specific best practice engagement strategies and goal-setting templates that you can use to to enhance or sustain their engagement levels over time. Anyone who receives individual Role Engagement Alignment Profile™ reports on behalf of a third person and is in a position to make interpretations on their report, and offer advice or support must be accredited in the tool.If an individual is completing the iREAP™ and EDW for their own personal career development purposes and they receive their report directly they do not need to be accredited in the tool.
What does accreditation involve?
The accreditation program involves a number of stages with different modules which include background reading, two written case studies and two "live" virtual case studies with a coach / assessor. A brief outline of each stage is provided below with further information found by clicking on the relevant links below.
Pre-work. You must have first completed your own iREAP™ instrument and had a debrief session with a coach or worked through the guideline document on interpreting your report.
Stage One - Content Knowledge. This stage will provide the underlying knowledge you will require to use the instrument competently and professionally in your coaching or consulting work.
Stage Two - Report Intepretations / Case Studies. This stage will support you in understanding how to make correct and appropriate interpretations of the reports and how to identify potential coaching focus areas.
Stage Three - Integration into your Professional Practice. This stage is about ensuring you are appropriately skilled in debriefing both the individual Role Engagement Alignment Profiles and its follow-on product Engagement Development Worksheets. Please note that Recognition of Prior Learning will apply to this stage of accreditation.
Stage Four - Value Added Resources. This stage has materials which can help you market and promote employee engagement to your clients. It also has a series of free downloadable resources to help you make the most of the individual Role Engagement Alignment Profile™ . In this stage you can also access the Engagement Toolkit for purchase.
We estimate that you should allow approximately 14 hours to work through the online assessment components, case studies and coaching sessions. If you are successful with your RPL application you should only expect to invest about 10-12 hours.
Note if you prefer learning through group interaction the accreditation can also be delivered in a 2-day workshop format. Please contact us for scheduled course dates.
