Pre-work Stage
Prior to becoming accredited in the individual Role Engagement Alignment Profile™ you must have completed the instrument and read the guidelines document on how to interpret your report so that you understand the basic framework of the instrument.
Stage One - Content Knowledge This stage is on-line and has three modules. They are all about providing the foundation and building content knowledge about the iREAP™. They will prepare you to answer any theoretical, technical or practical questions your clients may have.
1. Features and benefits of the iREAP™.
2. Key design components of the iREAP™ and Engagement Development Worksheets. 3. Theoretical and research underpinnings.
Stage Two - Report Interpretations / Case Studies
-
This stage has two different modules. Module 4 is about using your user-management system to support administration and management of all of your engagement data and iREAP reports.
Module 5 is about learning how to make accurate and valid report interpretations. It involves completing two different case studies.
-
A series of 9 simulation case studies have been developed (one for each of the cells in the Engagement Risk and Opportunity Matrix®) which have a scenario and then an extract of the relevant iREAP™ report.
-
You will also be asked to complete and submit in writing to your Accreditation Assessor, a written interpretation on one of these case studies. You are required to analyse the case study scenario, interpret their report and identify potential coaching or focal areas for the respondent. This constitutes Case Study 1 of your assessment.
-
-
Your assessor will select which of the 9 simulation case studies you will complete.
-
The final activity is to prepare for a "real" coaching session by working with your Accreditation Assessor to interpret the results of one of your clients iREAP reports. This constitutes Case Study 2 of your assessment.
Stage Three - Integration into Your Professional Practice This stage is addressed in Module 6 of the accreditation program and involves either face-to-face, telephone based or Skype based real-time coaching role-play feedback sessions with the Accreditation Assessor. The purpose of this stage is to assess your ability to effectively integrate the iREAP™ and the Engagement Development Worksheets into your professional coaching and consulting practice.
-
You will be required to participate in two different debrief sessions role plays with the Accreditation Assessor based on the case study reports. Each of these is expected to take 45 mins.
-
A coaching guide which provides a structured framework for conducting the debrief and coaching sessions is available.
-
The structure should work as follows:
- Debrief session 1 - Debrief iREAP and explore implications for current work
- Coaching session 2 - Debrief EDW, explore development implications and create an action plan
