Canon Australia began working with Pamela Frost of Because in 2006.   Our original brief was to produce a program that tackled the issues of employee engagement and personal accountability at an individual level.  Pamela worked with us to customise her existing Because Career Enrichment Program to Canon's specific needs, and so the Canon iCHOOSE Career Enrichment Program was born.  Since then, Pamela has conducted 5 successful programs for Canon, with more scheduled to run in 2008.  


Immediate feedback from the participants has been outstanding, but more importantly, the positive actions taken by participants weeks or months after attending the program, tells us that it really is making a difference.  There is a real buzz about iCHOOSE out in the Canon business, and we constantly have people waitlisted to attend upcoming programs.  Participants have found the program to be engaging, challenging and insightful.  The individual career coaching session and the Work Engagement Tool have proven to be extremely valuable in unfolding our participant's career enrichment journeys.  The Career Enrichment Program is pitched at the individual, not the 'one-size-fits-all' approach of some other 'career' focused programs.

Pamela designed a tailored Career Enrichment Program to help us manage and retain our top talent. We ran the program for some of our better performing staff and it involved a number of modules around career and personal development as well as the Work Engagement Tool.
