Mission We challenge organisations and people to “be part of a cause” which extends beyond profit by doing great work and being a great place to work.
This is done through:

Philosophy
We believe that:
- Organisations focus too much on “what is” rather than “what might be”
- People will exceed expectations if provided with the right opportunity, encouragement and support
- People perform best when they are in flow with their work
- Just because a spark is gone does not mean it is lost forever
- Marginal performance costs way too much - materially, economically and psychologically for both the organisation and the individual
- People should be transitioned to new roles with honour and respect
