She has developed a highly innovative and engaging way to approach employee engagement strategy and programs.

Prior to establishing Because™ in 2002, Pamela was the National Learning & Development Manager of Telstra Mobiles. Her expertise extends to career transition, learning and development; capability enhancement; talent management, performance and change management as well as employee and executive coaching and mentoring.
