Sebastian is an experienced facilitator and trainer in the areas of leadership, frontline middle management training, performance management and career development. Sebastian has 18 years experience in a variety of HR consultant and manager roles in the public and education sectors, including National Staff Development Manager at the Bureau of Meteorology.

Since 2002 Sebastian has delivered management and leadership programs for organisations in the telecommunications, manufacturing, retail, local government and public sectors. This includes designing and delivering a middle-management program for Ford Australia.
Sebastian balances his training and facilitation with providing outplacement and career transition services and tutoring students in tertiary distance education programs.
Recent clients have included the City of Melbourne, City of Maribyrnong and Municipal Association of Victoria.
