An experienced consultant, coach and psychologist, Kate has conducted numerous Australian consultancy projects in leadership, executive development and career management.   

With a background in organisational development and psychology, she has designed executive assessment activities, numerous executive coaching programs, led training workshops and delivered career management programs to senior executives. Prior to Australia, Kate's career was in the UK and Holland in telco marketing roles.
