Suzanne Walshe is a qualified coach and facilitator with more than 20 years experience in public and private sector organisations. Suzanne's career includes management roles in Local Government, HR strategic planning in the State Government, service review and development.  Her experience includes executive coaching, career development, team building, mentoring and leadership programs.

As an executive coach, Suzanne's first hand experience as a manager equips her to understand the challenges that managers face in complex, high pressure environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Suzanne works with managers to enhance their effectiveness and build their individual capacity and resilience, leading to improved performance. Utilising a solution focused approach, individuals and teams are assisted to harness their strengths and maximise their collective capability.
