Purpose
The Work Engagement Tool® provides an opportunity for you to explore:

• Your uniqueness and what is motivating for you.
• The extent to which your motivational needs are being satisfied in your current workrole.
• Your current level of engagement at work.
• Best practice engagement strategies.
• Opportunities to improve the alignment between what you need and what you are getting from your work.
• The integration between your work life and your personal life.

The purpose of the Work Engagement Tool® is to provide feedback to you (and your consultant or coach) to support one or more of the following developmental activities:

• Career development and planning
• Executive coaching
• Leadership development
• Pre- or phased-retirement planning
• Work/life integration

The tool is not to be used under any circumstances as an input into assessment decisions for recruitment and selection, performance appraisal, salary review, promotion, termination or redundancy.

It IS, however, a tool to determine your primary motivational drivers and support you to identify and achieve what is important for you in your work and career to enrich your life.
