After completing the Work Engagement Tool®, you will receive a comprehensive confidential 24 page report called the Work Engagement Report, which provides feedback on:

  • Your strengths in each of the 7 blades (drivers) of motivation and what they mean.
  • For each element of motivation, the extent of the gap between what you need from work and how well your current work is satisfying that need.
  • Your overall level of engagement and commitment at work and the implications of this for your career enrichment.
  • Your position in an engagement risk and opportunity matrix.
  • Development strategies for you to use to prepare a plan of action.

This report will either be emailed to you directly or emailed to your coach / consultant.

The Work Engagement Report also has an option of providing a supplementary report called Engagement Worksheets and Goals which you can work through on your own or with the support of your manager or coach.

The report will enable you to:

  • Focus on specific opportunities to align each of your motivational drivers more closely to your current work expectations and environment.
  • Integrate best practice engagement strategies to reduce significant areas of negative dissonance.
  • Plan specific goals to improve your job satisfaction and enrich your experience of work.
  • Provide a structure to track and be accountable to achieving those goals.

A Work Engagement Toolkit is available for managers or coaches who wish to become accredited in the Work Engagement Tool®.  The Work Engagement Toolkit contains comprehensive tools resources to support you to work with your clients to:

  • Engage in meaningful and purposeful career enrichment conversations.
  • Identify best practice engagement strategies.
  • Close motivational gaps.
  • Improve engagement levels, discretionary effort, performance and productivity.
