After completing the Work Engagement Tool™, you will receive a comprehensive confidential report called the Work Engagement Report, which provides feedback on:

  • Your strengths in each of the 7 blades (drivers) of motivation and what they mean.
  • For each element of motivation, the extent of the gap between what you need from work and how well your current work is satisfying that need.
  • Your overall level of engagement and commitment at work and the implications of this for your career enrichment.
  • Your position in an engagement risk and opportunity matrix.
  • Development strategies for you to use to prepare a plan of action.

The Work Engagement Report also has an option of providing additional worksheets and templates to enable you, either working on your own or with the support of your manager or coach, to:

  • Focus on specific opportunities to align each of your motivational drivers more closely to your current work expectations and environment.
  • Plan specific goals to improve your job satisfaction and enrich your experience of work.
  • Provide a structure to track and be accountable to achieving those goals.
  • Keep you motivated and constructive by drawing inspiration from positive affirmations.

A Work Engagement Toolkit is available for managers or coaches who wish to become accredited in the Work Engagement Tool™.  The Work Engagement Toolkit contains comprehensive tools resources to support you to work with your clients to:

  • Engage in meaningful and purposeful career enrichment conversations.
  • Identify best practice engagement strategies.
