Information Security and Confidentiality

During the data collection process, data is collected and stored on a web-server with a secure certificate (enabling encrypted transmission of your data) with a firewall (guarding the server against unauthorised access).

After the reporting process, your data is stored off-line. After the initial three month storage period, personal data (email address and name) is removed from the dataset.

No individual scores for your Work Engagement Tool™ will be reported back to anyone other than you and, if an employee, your nominated contact person.  If your whole team or work unit is completing this tool as part of a group-based development program or wider human resources initiative, then your organisation may receive a copy of the aggregated results summarised for all of the participants.  Your individual results will remain anonymous and your privacy and confidentiality will be protected.

This information may be used for organisational engagement culture reviews, to develop human resources strategies, and for workforce planning purposes. If you are an employee of such an organisation requesting organisational reports, you will be advised what and how collated feedback for this group will be shared with your employer.
